Founders' Award Book

The Adobe Founders' Award, established in 2001, is one of the company’s highest honors. Employees are recognized by their colleagues for embodying Adobe’s core values: Create the future. Own the outcome. Raise the bar. Be genuine. 
 In 2023, I proposed a new approach for the gift to the recipients: a bound book—a collection that could be added to over the next 20 years that included: a personalized outer sleeve, a dedicated section for each recipient with a stylized photograph and name, and 2 spreads of peer-written quotes.

Bob Aufuldish created the first book and set the tone for future editions. Each year a new book designer will be selected to honor the recipients in their particular style.
